The Challenge

In 2025, Staffbase planned to scale its owned event programming by launching 12 Comms Club events across North America—in addition to producing its virtual flagship conference, VOICES, the largest internal comms event in the world.

With multiple cities, vendors, and timelines in motion, the Staffbase team needed an experienced event marketing partner who could hit the ground running, take ownership of logistics, and ensure every activation reflected their global brand standards.
